You may request deletion of your EMERGY account and associated data using the form below. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication record (email, encrypted password, user ID)
• Your user profile in our database (name, role, hospital association)
• Your session data and saved preferences

What is retained

• Patient records entered by hospital staff are retained as part of the hospital's medical record-keeping obligations. These are not personal to you and remain under the control of the hospital account administrator.
• Hospital-level data (specialties, department configuration) is retained unless the hospital administrator separately requests hospital deletion.
• Audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and compliance purposes.

How to request deletion

Submit the form below with the email address associated with your account. We will email you a confirmation link within 1 business day, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
